Assen TT, June 25-27, 2021
The Assen TT traditionally took place on the last Saturday in June with qualifying on Friday but 2021 will once again see qualifying on the Saturday with the race on the Sunday. The Assen TT is the Moto GP World Championship's longest serving race, having been on the series calendar ever since its inception in 1949, and is regarded as the 'Cathedral' of motorcycling. Track facilities have been much improved in recent years and the race is now one of the biggest events on the Moto GP calendar. The circuit is located in northern Holland, 161km (100 miles) north-east of Amsterdam, 26km (16 miles) to the south of Groningen and 2km (1.2 miles) south-west of Assen, near the A28 (E232) Motorway which leads from Amersfoort to Groningen, in the province of Drenthe. This is a mega event for the town of Assen with huge celebrations in the town with live bands, bars, stalls, fun fair - in short, an event not to miss.
The 9th round of the Moto GP Championship is known as the Assen TT. It is a superb event and Assen is closed to traffic so the whole town can devote itself to partying, including live bands, bars and a big fun fair. The main race day is held on the Sunday; we recommend a Friday arrival with a Monday departure. Our superb leisure village enjoys an idyllic lakeside setting approximately 16 miles from the Assen circuit. There is an impressive variety of activities such as walking, cycling, lake pursuits, school, mini golf, basketball, volleyball or tennis. There is a wonderful lakeside Pavilion restaurant / bar which will serve you breakfast and dinner. Within a ten minute drive, you will find the Zuidlaardermeer lake and beach or the Aqualaren, a subtropical water park. The holiday village offers very well maintained and equipped bungalows with en-suite facilities, kitchen, heating, fridge and TV. We can offer a luxury one, two or 3 bedroom bungalow We also provide you with a comfort package which includes bed linen with fully made up beds before your arrival, a set of bathroom towels, a set of kitchen towels, a coffee and tea package and bathroom essentials.

The price in bungalow accommodation is for 3 nights, arrival Friday, June 25 with your departure on Monday, June 28. Thursday night arrivals are £80 per bungalow
Ticket & Supplements
All ticket purchases include wallets and lanyards. Free general entrance ticket for children up to the age of 15 and are available upon presentation of a valid ID document. Does not apply for grandstands. Grandstand seats are reserved on Sunday only and on Friday and Saturday the circuit operates a roving policy, which means that you will be able to access all available grandstands on a first-come first-served basis. All grandstand tickets include access to the general admission areas.
P&O Ferries offer a wide choice of departure times from Dover & Calais - departures approximately every 75 minutes and overnight crossings from Hull.
